What Should I Do If I Find A Quality Problem After Receiving The Goods?

Don’t worry, we provide excellent after-sales service. If you find any quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact us in time, we will replace the apparel custom for you.

What Are The Product Quality Issues?

Including sewing, printing errors, different sizes, incorrect number, names and etc.

How Do You Protect My Business Information?

As our important customers, we adhere to business principles and never disclose customer privacy.

Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?

We normally accept T/T, LC, Western Union, Payoneer.

What Is Your Shipping Way?

DHL, FedEx, UPS by Air we use door to door express.

How Do You Pack The Products?And What Are The Dimensions Of Carton Size?

One piece/set packed in a poly bag, 30-100 poly bags in one carton.

We have three normal carton sizes:

  • 60*43*43cm
  • 44*36*40cm
  • 37*29*28cm.
  • PS, It’s available to custom your design on polybags.

What Are Your Main Products?

Our main products are Sportswear, Fitness Wear, Casual Wear Clothing And Accessories.

Can You Give Me A Better Price?

That’s negotiable.

We will always try to provide the best price, because our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with you.

Besides, the price depends on your order quantity. So the price will be better as long as the order quantity gets bigger.

What’s Your Lead Time(Delivery Time)?

Order 10-100 psc About 5-7 days Order 100-300 pcs About 7-14 days

PS: The Beginning date is the day when you confirm all the order details. If you order is more than 1,000pcs. Please confirm the lead time with your customer service.

How Do You Deal With Rush Orders(Within Limited Time)?

We accept rush order in most cases, but extra 20-50% rush fee will be charged for worker’s overwork.

As long as we take rush order, we will finish it in time.

If we can’t make it in time, we will tell you before placing an order. Honesty is our company’s guideline.
